Originally from California, Miss Ernie and her family visited the Nashville area in 2003 and fell in love with the area. “There’s something endearing about Nashville and the surrounding area. We felt it the minute we got here. It’s a wonderful place to live, work, and play,” she explains. “It’s the people who make it so special.”
Miss Ernie got her start in photography by volunteering to serve as the photographer for her church’s youth group. It was obvious from the first day that she had a talent for capturing special photographs.
Miss Ernie specializes in portrait, fashion and entertainment photography, and she’s had the pleasure of shooting musicians, actors, models, families and events. She is known for her unique shooting style, her command of the latest technology, and her natural ability to relax her subjects. The results are stunningly timeless images.
Miss Ernie and her husband Shawn have been married 18 years. Their son Christian is 17 years old.
